well knowledged friendly staff. the only better than their products is their customer service. they will go above and beyond to... help u get what u need to get off the ciggies and keep you vaping. ( take the current covid 19 situation. yes the shop is closed but they are doing their best to take in orders and if you are local they will deliver to you if further afield will be posted. these guys need a medal for doing this as for them it's not for making profit it's to help all vapers through this current situation). a big well done and many thanks to all big sound employees.read more

I would just like to say what an amazing person craig is, i ordered from here and due to the post being back logged Craig drove all the way to birmingham from nuneaton to deliver my products. In this time while all is so hard this amazing man went above and beyond to help when it was needed supporting key workers. After his help i will not order from anyone else. i could not recommend this place enough. Thank you for being so great....
